Do you travel for events?

Yes. While we are based in Melbourne, our network extends across Australia. We frequently design events throughout Victoria and offer destination event services globally.

How far in advance should we book?

For luxury weddings and large corporate galas, we recommend securing our services 9 to 12 months in advance. However, we do occasionally take on select short-lead events depending on our studio's capacity.

Do you offer on-the-day coordination only?

To ensure the meticulous standard of an editorial-style event, we specialize in full-service planning and design. We do not currently offer standalone on-the-day coordination.

Are vendor fees included in your pricing?

Our planning fee covers our time, expertise, and logistical management. All third-party vendor costs (floral, catering, venue) are managed transparently and billed directly to the client.
